Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 4:00

Shipping of orders can only take place on a business day.
We
accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. We do not accept CODs, checks or
money orders.
All orders must
be
prepaid before
they are sent. Prepaid orders must include
shipping costs. Please refer
to our shipping chart for exact domestic
shipping costs and add any applicable sales tax before sending
payment (our
online store will do this automatically). All orders shipped within
the state of Florida are subject to the 6%
FL sales tax.
International
orders will require additional
charges to your method of payment. Your final payment amount for
international orders will be adjusted and based on the order's
weight, size of package
and the international delivery address. You may contact us prior

Because Lloyd's Floor Mats are custom manufactured for your vehicle's specific year, make and model; all Lloyd Mat orders are not returnable except for a manufacturer's defect in workmanship. Auto Pride, Inc. must be notified within 7 days as to any manufacturer’s defect in workmanship.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pick the correct mat color. If you are not sure of the correct color, please contact us at 954-340-6670 ext. 218 prior to placing your order.
Based on your monitor settings, colors viewed on this or any website may not appear as intended. If you're uncertain about a product's color, feel free to call us and we'll be happy to assist you.
AutoPrideConcepts.com
has a simple flat rate shipping policy based on the total dollar
amount of the order. UPS is our preferred
carrier for domestic shipments. We do have the right to use the carrier
of our choice such as the U.S. Postal Service and USPS priority mail
service. Please refer to the shipping chart for our ground shipping
rates. Delivery times vary upon destination and availability
of in-stock
items. Standard domestic shipping
may take up to 7 business days, and it is not available to Alaska
and Hawaii. If
you wish to incur the expense of overnight, 2-day or next day delivery
service, please contact us to confirm product availability and the
exact amount that will be added to your final purchase price. Products
will ship when they are available.

Our shopping

postal codes and products requested. Canadian orders

to additional handling fees based on the amount of merchandise
and the needed documentation.

items, with description and value, and any other information required
from the USPS, will be declared. AutoPrideConcepts.com or Auto
Pride, Inc. and/or its parties are not responsible for lost, rifled,
or damaged products or packages,
regardless of whether insurance is available or not. If insurance is available, your
package will be sent FULLY INSURED. If insurance is not available
to your country, you take all risk for your package delivery.
We
will always carefully package your products.
We
will include contact information inside the package.
We
will carefully attach all documents.
We
will seal the package as required by the UPS.
We
will fill out and comply with the required customs forms for international
mailing.
Due
to the high demand and the large scope of our product offerings,
AutoPrideConcepts.com makes every attempt to have your product
available for shipment within
7 to 21 days. Our Inlay Lambskin jackets and special order jackets
may take up to 4-6 weeks for availability. Orders of in-stock items
are shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt. Should a product
not be available, you will be advised within two business days via
e-mail of any delay with expected availability and ship date. If
there is a question regarding product availability, please contact
our
Customer Service at info@AutoPrideConcepts.com.
Occasionally,
some items are not available for immediate shipment, while others
are in stock, creating the potential for a partial shipment. AutoPrideConcepts.com
will contact you within 2 business days should items not be available
for timely shipment, and inquire as to whether you would like the
available items to be shipped as available or as one complete order.
In the event you select a partial shipment, shipping charges will
apply to each shipment of the order based on the dollar amount
of each shipment. Please refer to the shipping
chart for rates.
Any order can be changed or canceled up until the time of shipment (except for custom floor mat & custom car covers). If you wish to alter or cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The purchaser will pay for any and all unrecoverable costs.
It’s important to us that you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases made at AutoPrideConcepts.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address below, and we recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Rules and Restrictions It is required that you contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to the return of any merchandise. If an order is sent to us as a return or an exchange without a (RA#) - a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date that you receive your order. Returned merchandise will not be refunded if it has been washed or worn or if the tags have been removed, if non-apparel products show signs of abuse, misuse or damage, or if an item was "Made to Order." This would include custom floor mats and custom car covers. Shipping and postage are not refundable. If a return or exchange is required, please call our offices for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can call our customer service department at 800-327-8847 ext. 218
Our refund procedure
Locate the invoice that arrived with your items. Write REFUND on your paperwork to indicate that you want a refund and no exchange.
Mail your return items back to us. Be sure that the invoice is in the box with your merchandise.
We will email you on the day that your refund is processed. The email will tell you the exact amount of your refund.
If you paid by credit card or debit card, we will issue your refund back to that account. If you paid by money order, a refund check will be mailed out to you.
Our exchange procedure
Locate the invoice that arrived with your items. Write EXCHANGE on your paperwork to indicate that you are requesting an exchange.
Include a letter and let us know which new items you would like shipped out to you. We need to know the name of the item, the item ID number, the size and your logo choice.
Mail your return items back to us. Be sure that the invoice is in the box with your merchandise.
When we receive your exchange, we will send your replacement merchandise. After an exchange has been authorized, we will ship you a new order with the exchange items that you requested. If any of the exchange items you requested are sold out, we will not be able to send them to you. You will be charged for each item that we ship out to you, as well as the applicable shipping fee.
Processing
time
Customer Service representatives will not
be able to tell you whether
your package has been
delivered
to our
warehouse due to our
high volume of orders.
If you
put insurance and tracking
on the package when you mailed it, you can obtain this information
from the
shipper
that you used (UPS,
FedEx,
US Postal
Service etc.). After
your package has been
delivered
to our warehouse, please
allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will email you a
notification when your
order has been received, processed
and reshipped.
If you
are not happy with your product(s)—except for shipping
damage or loss—please follow these simple steps:
Notify
AutoPrideConcepts.com (contact info below). In your email please
state why item is being returned. AutoPrideConcepts.com is happy
to exchange the item or refund your credit card. Please notify us
of
your preference in your email. Include your full name and shipping
address.
Repack the product(s) in its original packaging and include the
packing invoice. You may replace the outer shipping box
with a new,
good quality
box in compliance with postal requirements. We must have all
manufacturer boxes returned with merchandise.
Send back your products(s) with an insured courier. Retain your
insurance receipt. AutoPrideConcepts.com is not responsible
for
items damaged
or lost in transit when being sent to us for an exchange
or return.
Notify info@AutoPrideConcepts.com that
a return has been shipped. Include carrier and tracking number. Return

Items must be declared, packages sealed, and all rules

for mailability. We will not exchange or credit your
credit card for merchandise that we do not receive,
regardless
of reason. We
do not exchange
or credit your credit card for items received that
are not in perfect condition, regardless of reason.

refund shipping charges and is not responsible for
shipping charges on returned
items.

Canadian
Orders
For Canadian
order returns, we can refund you for the merchandise price only.
To obtain a refund of your duties and tax, you will need a "Customs
Informal Adjustment Request" and submit it to your local Customs
office. You can get a form by calling Customs at 506-636-5064. We
apologize that we are not able to process exchanges on Canadian orders,
but you are welcome to place a new order with us.
